Disposal of District Property
School equipment or property not needed for educational purposes may be declared surplus and disposed of by the superintendent with the approval of the Board.
Generally those items of any significant value will be advertised for sale to the public by a bidding procedure. Items of an insignificant value may be disposed of or discarded at the discretion of the superintendent.
In cases of surplus real estate, disposition shall be in accordance with state law

Bids are due by 12:00pm on Wednesday, September 19th. 

No refunds will be given for items not removed in time. When bidding, please indicate item number, quantity and per item bid. Please deliver bids in sealed envelope to Josy Chavez, 1001 6th Street, Umatilla, OR 97882 by Wednesday, September 19th.
