Surplus Bidding Procedures

Disposal of District Property
School equipment or property not needed for educational purposes may be declared surplus and disposed of by the superintendent with the approval of the Board.
Generally those items of any significant value will be advertised for sale to the public by a bidding procedure. Items of an insignificant value may be disposed of or discarded at the discretion of the superintendent.
In cases of surplus real estate, disposition shall be in accordance with state law

Submit your bids to the Umatilla School District Office, in a sealed envelope with the description of the item. All bids are due by Thursday, March 26, 2020 by 12:00pm.
